~The Free Soul Is Rare~

HAPPY SATURDAY LOVES<3 I am so excited about this post as I am writing it I am literally bouncing off my chair. There is so much I want to say and talk about. As you know or may know from my previous post, twitter, insta, pinning anything.. you can tell I love the boho-gypsy-free-spirit-hippie, live your own life; way of life. These handmade hand-stamped pieces made by KulaKai literally encompass everything I love and believe in. First I am a total silver person.. although I admit I do love some pieces in gold but for everyday wear I tend to always go towards sterling silver. All her pieces can be chosen by you in Sterling Silver, or 14k gold-filled, both so unique & both beautiful! I fell in love with these pieces I picked out to style the moment I saw them. It was almost as if they had literally spoke to me or jumped off the page to me. As a nanny, student & 21 year old sometimes I don't always remember to take off my jewelry before being spontaneous and a) jumping into the ocean, swimming pool, shower. b) I get lazy & forget I am even wearing them. c) I love them I don't want to take them off even for the moment. The perfect thing for me was I didn't and don't have to since they are pure sterling silver. Let me break down each piece for you.. the necklace .."the free soul is rare.." grasps everything I try to live by. I try to be as free as possible, as UN-judgmental as I can and open minded to everyone & everything. Granted I slip and have my moments but this has come to be my new "mantra" for this new year & who I have become. The wave ring.. to me symbolizes obviously the ocean & sea which I live near, but also the ups & downs in life. Almost as a reminder that life will always have ups & downs.. but if it didn't.. would it be really be living? The Wanderlust bracelet.. reminds me to never lose my love for travel. I was blessed to have a family that definitely had the wanderlust bug from the beginning. I have been to many places, and know some people do not have the opportunities I was gifted. But even if its only an hour away.. travel. Sometimes the open road, mountains, beach, new places, new tastes, new smells, new people, help you find yourself while reminding you that you are not alone, this world is huge and filled with so many types of cultures, people, and amazing things! Lastly but not least AT ALL, is the cross bracelet. How sweet & simple is this. I was raised Catholic, but tend to lead more of a Christian life. I will not lie I have had my lows & highs with religion & belief... but in the end I am reminded everyday their must be a higher power, by the beautiful non tangible things around me. This bracelet is so simple and yet so beautiful, just how my faith/beliefs is/are. SO if you happened to read my rant today, those are the reasons & meanings behind my pieces I chose, I think it is so special to have your daily pieces mean something to you personally. When I look at these pieces each day they motivate me, keep me on track, to keep the faith, & remind me to be myself & love who I am & who I am ever evolving into!
